The pre-season intensity went up a notch this week as our U18s went to Suits U Fitness in Landgate for a strength and conditioning session. Great to see so many lads committed to the team on a Saturday afternoon and also awesome to have so many new faces joining the group to add more depth to the squad for 2023. The team is starting to take shape for the new season ahead.
