A huge effort today from the lads against a very strong, physical Liverpool Lions side. We’re made up with the improvement shown throughout the season so far — the hard work at training is paying off. It was an aggressive game and we didn’t take a backward step, everyone stepping up in defence and showing real Bears spirit. Player of the match - Olly H was solid in both attack and defence, answering everything Liverpool threw at him from full‑back. Opposition Player of the Match & Defensive...

🐻 Back at Bear Park tomorrow! After a positive start following the summer break — with a strong win the last game — the lads are looking to keep that momentum rolling. Guy will lead the team after his standout performance in the last game and his continued positive attitude at training. We also welcome Dom for his debut — he’s slotted straight into the squad and brings great energy to the group. Get down to Bear Park and show the lads your support! 💛🖤 #AshtonBears #JuniorRugby #BearPark...

Tough game for the U14s as we faced Leigh East tigers. The conditions were horrendous but the lads dug deep once again. Our defence was outstanding 👍 Going down to 12 players against there 13 for the majority of the game , final score was 4-6 . All the lads showed grit and determination , they showed up for each other once again. A good rest now over the Easter break and then we go again. 💪 🌑🌕🐻🏉
